Jollys are a family- run business first established in the 1830s. We look at all jewellery individually and recommend a price based on the expert assessment of our resident gemologist and goldsmith.
What is our concierge service?
Our concierge service makes commission sellng completely hassle-free. If you choose to sell your jewellery through our Jollys online consignment platform, for no extra cost we will professionally appraise and photograph your items before making a detailed online listing for your jewellery.
Once the goods are received by Jollys Jewellers, we will contact you to discuss your desired selling price. Our aim is to get you as much money as possible. Your item is fully insured up to the listing price and are stored in our safes.
Once the item is sold, we ship direct to the buyer same day on your behalf, insured and packaged safely. You receive payment via bank transfer once your item is received by the buyer.
What is sell at home?
Jollys have developed a bespoke jewellery listing tool allowing you to list your item on our website without leaving your armchair. We have made the process efficient and fuss-free. Fill in the jewellery listing template with the details pertaining to your item(s) and upload some images. With a few clicks, your jewellery is available to a global marketplace and backed up by the reputation of a business with decades of industry experience. We provide guides to help you manage the listing process, including how to get the best from your photographs, and our staff are on hand to answer any queries at your convenience.
Once your jewellery has sold, we ask you to send the item to us within 72 hours – we offer advice on how best to pack your parcel to ensure safe and secure passage, and, how to ensure your item is properly insured in the unlikely event it is lost in transit. Once received, we quickly authenticate the jewellery, give it a clean and polish – and any other refurbishment it might require – before sending it on to the buyer. As soon as the buyer has the item, you receive immediate payment via bank transfer.
What is selling direct?
You can sell your jewellery direct to Jollys Jewellers and free-up quick cash at the fairest price. Use our online form to provide the details and images of your item(s) and Jollys will get back to you with a no obligation quote within 24 hours. All items received by us will be validated on receipt – as soon as both parties are happy with the sale, you will receive payment via a same working day bank transfer.
